This Gloucester homeowner got in touch looking to refresh the roofline of their property. The existing fascia, soffits and guttering were starting to look tired, and the aim was to achieve a cleaner appearance while improving long-term protection and reducing maintenance.
Our Solution
Smart Installations Mids Ltd carried out a full replacement of the fascia, soffits and guttering, installing a crisp white uPVC system that sits neatly against the brickwork.
As part of the upgrade, new dry verge caps were also fitted, giving the roof edges a tidy, secure finish and improving resistance to the elements.
The installation was completed efficiently, with the team keeping the customer informed throughout the work.

The finished result has given the property a much fresher, more modern look. The new roofline not only enhances kerb appeal but also provides long-lasting protection with minimal upkeep required going forward.
